Dragon Lore: Curse of the Shadow, SAGA: The Shadow Cabal, or Curse of the Dragon Slayer is a film released straight to DVD in late 2013 starring Richard McWilliams, Danielle Chuchran, and Paul D. Hunt.
Plot
Keltus, a devoted agent of the ruling Order is on the trail of the enigmatic Shadow Cabal. When his leads run cold, he must team up with troubled elven warrior Nemyt, and infamous orc raider Kullimon, to infiltrate the Shadow and try to thwart their nefarious purpose - to unleash the God of the Undead.
Cast
* Danielle Chuchran (as Nemyt)
* Richard McWilliams (as Keltus)
* Paul D. Hunt (as Kullimon)
* James C. Morris (as Gyarmuck)
* Eve Mauro (as Tarsa)
* Danny James (as General Drennon)
* Kyle Paul (as Mulgrut)
Trivia
The team from MainStay Productions usually takes over different parts in their movies: John Lyde is for example also one of General Drennon's guards and plays the shadow agent during the fight scenes. Paul D. Hunt is also a guard, and together with Danielle Chuchran the trio practiced that fight at home. The same holds for John Lyde, Danielle Chuchran and Adam Abram in Fangtor's fight. Here Danielle Chuchran also helped editing that scene.
The first scene (Nemyt vs Fangtor) was done as a concept for a possible series or movie. It was shot beginning of 2012, while the rest of the film was taken later in August. Nemyt's costume is different, and Danielle Chuchran looks more adult.
