The St Peters Orchestra is the pinnacle of orchestral talent in St Peters Lutheran College, and is one of the three major musical groups within the college. The Orchestra is noted for its adaptability to any period of music, ranging from arranged Baroque to cutting-edge commissions and compositions by leading Australian composers. Further, it is up-to-date with musical events and trends; it is an active participant of musical festivals. It is comprised of students aged 13 to 18, and contains the most advanced musicians of the college (two LMusA and several AMusA awardees).
