Yatango
Yatango is a consumer technology company that was founded in 2012 in Sydney, Australia by CEO Andy Taylor. The company claims to empower customers to take control of their everyday lifestyle consumption needs, through the development of an integrated and social platform utility.
History
In February 2013, Yatango Mobile was launched as the first vertical under the Yatango brand. A year later, Yatango acquired technology e-commerce company MobiCity. In August 2014, Yatango developed and introduced Yatango Shopping, the second vertical under the Yatango brand.
On 4 November 2014, Yatango was reported as seeking funds for an IPO on either the Australian or UK stock exchanges.
In March 2015, it was reported that Yatago sought to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
