WWJS-CD
WWJS-CD is a low-powered independent television station in Clarksville, Indiana, broadcasting on channel 15 digitally, which maps to channel 9 via PSIP under the local ownership of Dominion Broadcasting. WWJS-CD serves the Indiana portion of the Louisville market and mainly markets to nearby Jeffersonville and New Albany. The station transmits from Floyds Knobs as do most of Louisville's stations.
In January 2006, the station (then known as WVHF) started a local newscast known as Indiana 9 News, which is produced by Independent News Network out of Davenport, Iowa. Stories are gathered by local reporters and then presented by anchors in Davenport, along with weather and sports segments. In fall 2010 the station began to share programming with Louisville-based WKYI-CD channel 24; shortly before September 2010, the station also changed its calls from WNDA-CA to WWJS-CA, but retained the WNDA calls for branding purposes. Shortly after converting to digital, the station changed its calls again to WWJS-CD, but still using "WNDA" as a brand.
