Wubbzy (character)

Wubbzy is a fictional main character from the animated television series Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!. He is voiced by Grey DeLisle and created by Bob Boyle. He is curious.. He also loves playing "Kickety-Kick Ball" and his favorite response is "Wow! Wow! Wow!" or "Wow! Wow! Everyone!".

Character summary

A male yellow mouse-like creature. The title character, Wubbzy is square Sonic toy-shaped cat-like creature with a long, bendy tail that he bounces on in a Tigger-like fashion. He has a childlike fascination with life, and his favorite pastime is playing kickety-kick ball. His daily travels throughout Wuzzleburg often result in his response, "Wow, wow, wow!". He was tickled in "WubbCast" Episode 7 and again in "MooMoo's Snoozity Snooze". Wubbzy's voice sounds deeper than season 1.

Appearances/Characteristics

Wubbzy appears in every episode. In A Tale of Tails, Wubbzy tries to make his tail popular than before because everyone made fun of his tail. In Wubbzy Tells a Whopper, Wubbzy lies and does not tells the truth. In Wubbzy's Big Movie, Wubbzy loses his memory and gets amnesia, so his friends tries helping him get back normal by reminding him of all the good times they've had together. In Wubbzy's Big Move, Wubbzy takes his treehouse is boring so he decides he wants to move to the "Wubb Club". In Cupid's Little Helper, Wubbzy blows Cupid's bubble blower wand and causes trouble by making everyone in Wuzzleburg fell in love in each other. In Hoop Dreamz, Wubbzy befriends with a professional hoopity hoop player. In Bye Bye Wuzzleburg, Wubbzy confesses his fears not to leave Wubzzlebug because he is going to Wuzzlewood with the Wubb Girlz for the best singer at the Wuzzleburg Idol. In Lights! Camera! Wubbzy!, Wubbzy wants to be a star just like the Wubb Girlz. Wubbzy, so far, does not revealed his last name in each episode.

Creation and design

Wubbzy's creator is Bob Boyle. Before Wubbzy was animated, a little girl in the before time, draw a book called "The Tail of Flopsy, Mopsy, and Ted". "Mospy" was remaned as "Wubby". "Wubby" was originally was named for the series but the creator decides to add one more letter "z" between "b" and "y" which together makes "Wubbzy".
