When Sau Fung thought she could forget the grief and preparing her wedding with Zhen Bong, she was shocked to learn that Cheung Ping's death was related to Man Hang and Zhan Yan. Sau Fung feels that both of them caused Cheung Ping's death, and swore to revenge on Wah family…

Before the wedding, Sau Fung doesn't hesitate to sacrifice Zhen Pong and used her pregnancy to extort and cheats Man Hang's money. She also exposed Man Hang's one night stand with Cheung Ping. Sau Fung received a huge amount of money from Man Hang, but had a miscarriage in an accident. (When Sau Fung and Tin Hang worked together to fight the Wah family, they had built a deep mentor-student relationship.) At his deathbed, Tin Hang had a change of heart and wished to invest in Wah family business, completing the dream of Mainland automobile and leaving a good name in the world. In court, the Wah family did not bother to hide their distrust of Sau Fung and did not fail to exhibit hostility towards her which placed Zhen Bong in an awkward position. However, Zhen Bong kept supporting Sau Fung and officially married Sau Fung to affirm his trust. For the sake of Zhen Bong and her own future, also for Wah family, Sau Fung persevered in the court battle with Wing Piew and intended to expose Wing Piew's evil. Unexpectedly, in her collection of Wing Piew's incriminating evidence, Sau Fung accidentally injured Man Hang who was then paralyzed from the waist down. Sau Fung felt very guilty for this but Man Hang was forgiving and did not expose Sau Fung's mistake which made her feel even more ashamed and eventually lead her to give up on the court case with Wing Piew.

Throwing the conflicts away, Sau Fung planned to spend her life with Zhen Pong yet at the same time was unable to bury the deep guilt she felt in her heart over Man Hang's injury. Her guilt drove her to confess to Zhen Pong that she was responsible for mistakenly injuring Zhen Pong's father but despite her honest confession Zhen Pong was unable to accept this. His heart now filled with hatred for Sau Fung, Zhen Bong angrily left his former lover.

Though Sau Fung was abandoned by Zhen Bong, she has not given up on him. She silently waits for the day Zhen Pong forgives her…

After Wing Piew confessed all the things he done, Zhen Bong finally forgives Sau Fung and they reunite.
