William Mobley (businessman)

William Mobley (born 1963) is an American entrepreneur known as the founder and CEO of FreeCast, Inc., an American digital media distribution company.

Early life and education

Mobley was born in Pahokee, Florida in 1963. He graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1981 and later attended the University of Florida where he studied business and International marketing from 1981 to 1984.

Career

In 1995, Mobley founded an e-commerce services provider, World Commerce Online. Later in 1999, he founded MegaMedia Networks Inc. which was among the first platforms to introduce online video streaming without the need for downloading the content.

In 2000, he established a business advisory firm called Nextelligence Inc. He also founded Web2 Corp. in 2005, which is a holding company for several subsidiaries. Mobley founded FreeCast Inc. in 2011 where he also serves as the CEO.

He is involved in various ventures such as Providing capital funding, revitalizing businesses, and establishing publicly traded companies.
