In 1999, Fahnbulleh played for Tanzania Stars, a lower-division Tanzanian team that competed in the 1999 African Cup Winners' Cup. Tanzania Stars drew the match 1–1 and were eliminated 3–2 on aggregate.

Hanover Park
Fahnbulleh later played for South African club Hanover Park during the 2007–08 season. The club competed in the Coastal Stream of the country's second-tier Golden League that season.
