William Eric Alexander

Bill Alexander (born as William Eric Alexander on July 23, 1966, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a veteran radio talk show host from Fayette County, Pennsylvania.

Education

Bill attended California University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts-Communication Studies/Media. He went back to California University of Pennsylvania and received a Masters of Education in 1997.

Current professional life

Bill Alexander 1 is a well known Radio Talk Show host 2 who hosts a 3 night a week live interactive podcast talk show through TalkShoe from his home in Southwestern, Pennsylvania.

Radio

Bill's career began in September of 1984 when he did his first radio show on 91.9 FM, WVCS (Now WCAL FM)3. After graduating college, he joined the staff of WLSW, 104.9 FM in Connellsville/Pittsburgh. While at WLSW Bill used the on air name of Dave Ericson. After leaving WLSW, Bill went to WMBS, 590 AM, Uniontown when he did his first Radio Talkshow, filling in for veteran talk show host Ray Hice. Bill worked at WMBS until he went to AM 1130, WASP Brownsville/Pittsburgh where he hosted the Beeline (M-F) and Afternoon with Alexander (aka Brunch with Bill) on Saturdays and Sundays. Bill then returned to WMBS 590 AM to host the night time talk program, OnLine with Bill Alexander. Bill then left WMBS to spin oldies on WJPA AM/FM4 in Washington/Pittsburgh. Bill officially left WJPA in November of 2006 so he could focus all of his time and energy on his internet talk show.
