Will Hillard-Aymerich
William Hillard-Aymerich (b. 1971) is an American Photographer, paranormal investigator, radio personality best known as half of the stars of the live365 station and Blogtalkradio talk show THE SHOW. He is the writer of the popular blog W. Aymerich,which has a pretty big following. Will Aymerich was one of the featured Latin American artists (photography) for the famed Grupo Cultura art exhibits. His work stood alongside the famed work of Agustin Bossio and Myrta Vega. Aymerich is also a paranormal investigator with his personal friend Patrick Burns who is the founder of the popular Ghost Hounds paranormal network. As well as regularly attends Ghostock, a paranormal investigators convention held twice annually in Savannah, Georgia. In 2006 W. Aymerich Put his artistic and photographic skills to work in film by assisting Roy Wooley on the film “Lynch Mob”. As of late 2007 W. Aymerich has reunited artistic forces with Roy Wooley to work on two short film projects which have yet to be titled. The first if completed on schedule will be shown in Dragon*Con 2008. Roy and Aymerich are also working on a series of photographs that may come together as a coffee table book in 2009
Biography
Will Aymerich was born September 22, 1971, an only child, in San José, Costa Rica and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated Druid Hills High School in 1990.
Will says that he had an amazing childhood, with no high exposure to paranormal activities. From the young age of 4 when his grandfather died he began observing unusual phenomena. Several years later, while living in Costa Rica his uncle died in a horrible car accident. A day or so after the death He believes he saw his uncle in the house, yet never told anyone till much later in life, even though he heard his aunt making similar claims. Some time later his family moved to the United states and life moved on with no expirences till the moved to an older house in Dayton, Ohio. Where William would claim to see older teens walking from room to room and hear noises of people talking in the kitchen while he would lay in bed. Around this same time Will found his passion for radio and the visual arts while in school. Two events would later lead Will in to the world of paranormal Investigation. The first being a horrifying moment in Costa Rica at the age of 21, having a heavy weight lay on him as he slept waking him up but allowing him to rise from bed. The second was hearing his name in a recording even though he was the only one speaking in to the microphone. Now as an adult Will still practices photography and is developing a paranormal radio program with a twist.
Personal life
When he’s not out hunting ghosts and making art, W. Aymerich can most often be found hanging out with friends at some of his favorite local haunts, including the Loafing Leprechaun in Duluth or Metalsome Inc. at the 10High Club in Atlanta. Will with his friend Rich "Sully" Sullivan was an outspoken supporter of local business owners last spring when the City of Lilburn proposed banning entertainment in establishments that serve alcohol. An attendant of the city council meetings, he helped create a stir that pushed the City Council to reconsider their referendum. Aymerich is a frequent "attention hound" at Dragon*Con, and is considered "The Partyman" in the paranormal community.
