Vorksät Etët Ligaliscë Komvaey Tölt

The People's State Legislative Committee of Tolt (Tolterian: Vorksät Etët Ligaliscë Komvaey Tölt; Vorksyat E'tyet Ligalis'tsye Komva'ei Tyolt) was the highest legislative body in the Tolter People's Socialist Republic (TPSR), formerly the Tolter People's State Legislative Council (TPSLC) between 1954-1967, possessing the power to pass constitutional amendments. It elected the Tolter National Presidium (upper house), the Central Plenary Committee of the TNP (lower house), forms the State Council of the TNP (parliamentary cabinet), and the Judiciary of TPSR. It had interim authority over the Tolter People's Armed Forces (TPAF) between 1951-1959; authority ended with the passing of the People's Army Act of 1958.

The committee presided through major gambits in Tolter politics and governance, ranging from ardent socialism during its formative ages, to partial political and social liberalisation in 1975, when the All-Worker's Front of the Socialist State (AWFSS) operate a single-party socialist dictatorship, to full-fledge democracy and venture into open-market capitalism in 1983 and 1991, respectively. People's Party, the largest underground opposition political party during the AWFSS dictatorship, took power in the first full democratic elections of TPSR in 1983 (first limited democratic elections was held in 1979, which elected AWFSS to form the 1979 State Council), and form the first non-AWFSS State Council since 1929.

PSLCT formally disestablishes itself with the Declaration of the Establishment of the Tolter Republic on 28 December 1996, but continue to exercise legislative rights until the opening of the legislative body of the Tolter Republic, the Tolter National Legislative Bureau (TNLB), on 1 January 1997, after more than a decade long of debates to remove references relating to the state's socialist history.
