A Violinist/Composer referres to any person who was prominent as BOTH a violinist and a composer. For example: Jean Sibelius is not considered a violinist/composer and neither is Heifetz despite the fact that Sibelius played the violin and Heifetz wrote several Cadenzas and a short song.
