Vincent M Obasi
Obasi Vincent (born September 17, 1972) is a Nigerian business analyst, project management professional, and technology specialist known for his work in operational efficiency, business analytics, and engineering systems. Early career
Vincent Obasi was born in Mmaku in Agwu LGA of Enugu State into a family of 6 including his parents and 3 other siblings. He had his early education at Ezechima Primary School, Onitsha, He then attended Plateau School of Accountancy and Management Studies, Jos, Plateau State, for his secondary education, where he developed foundational knowledge that contributed to his later interests in accounting, business, and technology.
Vincent began his professional career in the banking sector, where he worked on operational improvement and branch management initiatives through structured operational processes and staff development programs.
Education and professional development
Obasi attended the University of Jos, Plateau State, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting in 1997. He later obtained a Diploma in Computing in 2000 before pursuing postgraduate studies. In 2014, he received a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He subsequently enrolled and studied Business Analytics at postgraduate level at University of Northampton and later specialized in project management, data analysis, and systems optimization. His technical skills include the use of analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SPSS.
