UFC on FX 4 is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by Ultimate Fighting Championship. It is expected to take place on June 22, 2012 at Revel Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The event will be the seventh that the UFC has hosted in Atlantic City, but the first since UFC 53 in 2005.
