Upsilon Alpha Beta Grand Fraternity (also known as YAB, UPSILONIAN, and UPALBIAN) is one of the pioneers of Greek-letter fraternities in the Philippines. The current flagship is the Alpha Rho Chapter (Philippine Christian University), on Taft Ave, Manila. The Alumni Organization is known as UPSILON ALPHA BETA ALUMNI SOCIETY. UAB Preamble
We, UPSILON ALPHA BETA, imploring the aid of Divine Providence in order to established a Brotherhood and Sisterhoodthat shall embody our IDeaS. Advocate the student movement towards the Conservation, Development and General Welfare of this Fraternity for the goal, and pledge ourselves and to our fellow men the using of unity under the regime of Justice, Peace, Equality to grow the seeds of Humanity.
UAB Creed
The purpose of this UPSILON ALPHA BETA IS TO assemble college men and women in this organization in the fellowship of the two principles a)PRINCIPLES – to build a good foundation of brotherhood and sisterhood, from the wrecked nation. b)MOTTO – “united we stand, divided we fall”.
