Trademob
Trademob GmbH is a mobile app marketing platform helping advertisers to win more users for an iOS or Android app. It was founded in August 2010 by Ravi Kamran, CEO and Alumni of WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management, and is based in the capital of Germany, Berlin.
Trademob's tracking technology uses neither UDID nor any other privacy-related data. Instead the user's fingerprint is used by Trademob which is measured by over 50 parameters (e.g. IP address, time difference etc.). This also means that a user's fingerprint changes over time making it even harder to track.
In December 2011 HTGF and Tengelmann heavily invested into Trademob and took over 14% of the shares.
In June 2012 Trademob opened its first international office in Madrid, and August 2012 saw the opening of another office in London.
