Top Secret Television Productions

Top Secret Television Productions is the brain child of Director, Robert McCoy. Originally began as a simple name to stamp onto the end of his programs in college, Mccoy would go on form it into the biggest alternative cable access video collective in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. The award winning video collective began as a small group of students at Concord College in Athens, West Virginia. There, they produced a small show called "Complete Garbage". McCoy would focus on other shows during his time in college, eventually winning awards for his directing skills, his production skills and over all his skills as a student of radio and television production.

In the fall of 1999, McCoy moved to the Cincinnati area and immediately began searching for new recruits to his collective. Gathering people from the local Cincinnati punk rock community, they began producing a comedy/variety show titled "Ground Zero" which aired weekly on Northern Kentucky cable access. From there things would only continue to grow and florish until McCoy saw his collective producing up to 10 different shows a month, ranging from local pro wrestling, to insane outrageous comedy, to reality based sitcoms.

It featured him and his college roommate, talking AbOUT pointless things, GeneRally being silly and showing some self made music videos. the production director hated it, vowing that McCoy would never be allowed to produce anything for the student station again. Undiscouraged, McCoy would seek out others with like minded views on the type of programming he wanted to do, and after some resistance they were granted the ability to produce their own show.
