A singer and K-board player with unique world/retro-feeling and low smokey voice. His parents both worked in theatre. Mother Malle as an actress, and father Allar as a Sound Engineer. Later Allar became a manager of Tommy and his projects. In 1999 Tommy graduated the Academy of Cultures and started working as a teacher of Social Abilities.
Soon Tommy and his best friend JC formed a synth-pop group Duo Galaxy. In 2000 Duo Galaxy presented a first LP album Gypsys of the Universe including hit-tracks like "Starlover" and "Smile". In 2001 Galaxy performed as the special guest in Depeche Mode Exciter Tour warm-up party in Estonia.
In 2003 Tommy started a new project called Retro-2. Its was a live two-man band, playing mostly hits from 80's. A year, third member Chka joined the band and the group was re-named to Retro-3.
After Chka moved to Ireland the band performed under name Retro-2 for a while, but in 2005 Tommy and Vlad decided to re-arrange the whole group and started to perform under the name Tommy and Catarsis .
It was a totally different sound and outlook. The biggest change was using guitars and vocal harmony.
