Tobago national football team

The Tobago national football team is the official football team representing the island Tobago, part of the two-island-state of Trinidad and Tobago. It is not affiliated to FIFA or CONCACAF.

The Tobago national team has played its first friendly against the team of the whole state of Trinidad and Tobago in December 08, 2001. Tobago lost 0-5. In February 01, 2003 Tobago was defeated 0-2 by the Finland national football team in Bacolet, Tobago. The Finnish were on a friendly tour to the Caribbean, having won against Barbados national football team January 26, 2003 in Bridgetown, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago national football team January 29, 2003 in Port of Spain, Trinidad with almost the same players. Tobago's first victory followed March 11, 2003 against Montserrat national football team.
