T.Madhavan
T.Madhavan is a professor of statistics, data analysis, and forecasting at The INDIAN Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He specializes in production and quantitative methods and is the author of papers relating to these topics.
Education
Madhavan is an alumnus of Presidency College, Chennai, where he also completed post graduate studies in Statistics. He is a fellow of the Indian Institute of Management.
His areas of research include statistics, optimization and media planning. He has published several research papers on simulation models, climatic variables, and on the risk and performance issues of securities. He has special interest in Indian convertible bonds.
Along with Prof.Samir Barua, he co-authored a research paper titled "At The Crossroads: Pipeline Infrastructure For Oil Products" in the India Infrastructure Report 2001.
