The Quantitative Wealth Management Analytics (QWeMA) Group Inc. is a firm based in Toronto that specializes in Providing financial calculators, investment models, and economic simulators in the field of wealth and risk management. It is privately owned and operated by a group of financial engineers, economic scientists and applied mathematicians associated with the Fields Institute, the IFID centre, and York University. Moshe Milevsky, a Professor at the Schulich School of Business and an expert in the field of quantitative finance, is the CEO of the company.

QWeMA is known for its collaboration with Manulife and for introducing the concept of optimizing a person’s “Retirement Sustainability Quotient”, the probability that one’s retirement portfolio will be able to provide that person a consistent income for the remainder of his/her life. QWeMA pioneered the idea of using “Product Allocation” of various retirement income products such as lifetime payout annuities, guaranteed living income benefits, and systematic withdrawal plans to obtain the optimal RSQ given a desired level of retirement income.
