The Messenger (Heim & Jones)
The Messenger is an electronic music duo formed by Maria S. Jones and Joel Heim around 2002 in Croatia. Its mostly oriented to Deep House music with a unique and recognizable sound worldwide. Deep jazzy chords, funky bass lines, rich percussion lines, atmospheric soulfull soundscapes and smooth vocal cuts is what marks their production. The duo started their own record label Soul Industries in late 2008 and in 2009 a sister label Plaster.
