The Game is Life

The Game is Life is a science fiction series written by Terry Schott. The story follows the life of Zack (later Trew) and Alexandra Montoyas (later Danielle) as they play in a virtual reality game which serves as both the primary schooling system for children, and also the main form of entertainment for citizens of the entire planet. The story begins with Zack entering the Game for his final play with the goal of finishing in the number one position; a rare feat only accomplished a handful of times during the thirty year history of the Game. Zack's final play of the Game does more than entertain. It affects both the reality of the Game and also the real world.
