The Construction Manager is an integrated construction management software program used for QAQC, the tracking of ongoing administrative activities (e.g. change orders, RFP, RFC) and the day-to-day monitoring of field construction activities such as: mechanical work, pouring concrete, painting and coating, steel construction and welding, soil and asphalt placement, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

The application digitally tracks the project via written and photographic logs and voice and video documentation. It helps insure that each activity is tested and certified for compliance prior to issuing payment. The application also provides a complete set of built-in project specifications (Specifications On-Line) and blueprints that can be searched and annotated as the project progresses.

The product is used primarily on large civil engineering and transportation projects.,,,
