The Boulder Group, Inc. is a investment real estate service organization specializing in net lease properties. The organization provides brokerage, advisory, and financing services to individuals, developers, REITs, partnerships and institutional investment funds. Founded in 1997, the organization has participated in the acquisition and disposition of more than $1.1 billion of net lease real estate transactions through several real estate cycles. The Boulder Group is headquartered in suburban Chicago.
History and Foundation
After working in commercial real estate for over 10 years, Randy Blankstein founded The Boulder Group in 1997. Since then the organization has focused exclusively on the brokerage and advisory services of single tenant Net lease retail, office and industrial properties. The organization specialized in single tenant properties.
Divisions
The Boulder Group has four different service lines.
- Brokerage - Assists Buyers and Sellers with the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net lease investment properties nationwide.
- Asset Services – Offers management services to owners of single tenant properties
- Advisory Services –provides consulting and research specialty services for triple net leased properties
- Capital Markets - is a net lease focused capital intermediary that provides customized debt and equity solutions.
