Formed in 1984 by Bob Warner and Matt Russellwho later went on tho Join 'Sudden Afternoon'Sudden afternoon (band)

Released one LP 'Episcence'in 1987, this is now considered a Dark Ambient Classic.1
In 2000 the Beyond started work on a New album, this was released as a free mp3 download Electronic Awakening2
In 2009 Uwe D'Rose Guitarist with LandmarqLandmarq joined to work on new material, for a 2010 release
