Tengku Firmansyah

Tengku Firmansyah (born September 15, 1977) is an Indonesian and Canadian former actor, presenter, and athlete. He is husband Indonesian actress, Cindy Fatika Sari, and he have child is Indonesian actress, Tengku Syaira Anataya. Now lives and the Canadian citizen.

Early life

Tengku is the youngest of four siblings, and the only son.

The name Firmansyah, given by his parents, means "Seseorang yang patuh kepada Tuhan (Firman Allah)". English: "SomeOne who is obedient to God"

Dreaming of becoming a pilot, Tengku go to US to study at a flight school at Phoenix Aviation School. After nine months, Tengku passed and was declared fit to fly. After that, Tengku returned to pilot training at Indonesian Aviation College Curug.

Career

Starting his career as an athlete, Tengku became the first champion in the junior fencing competition in DKI Jakarta in 1990. In fact, Tengku even made it to the semifinals in the event Pekan Olahraga Nasional for fencing. Tengku also won third place in a competition with all taekwondo clubs in DKI Jakarta in 1992.

While pursuing his dream of becoming a pilot, Tengku tried his career in entertainment. He won third place in the Model Plus contest in 1996, leading him to shift his career direction to entertainment.

Personal life

Tengku marries actress and singer-songwriter Cindy Fatika Sari on March 11, 1999. On March 27, 2000, they were blessed with a daughter named Tengku Syaira Anataya, who is also an actor. On December 6, 2003, they were blessed with two twins, namely Tengku Omar Atalla and Tengku Kianu Zimraan.

In 2024, He decided to leave the world of entertainment by moving to Edmonton, and at the same time changing Canadian citizenship with his wife. to accompany their children to their education. Since he time in Canada, Tengku has worked as a trainee welder at a heavy industry company called Edmonton Exchanger. Edmonton Exchanger is a metal fabrication company specializing in the manufacture, installation, and maintenance of large-scale pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipes, and other related components.
