Tejipt

Timothy Doggett is an English actor, rapper and singer. He is best known for performing in UK Alternative Hip Hop Band Fundamental Skillz under the moniker of Tejipt (pronounced Tee-gypt).

Early life

Tejipt was born in Hampshire, England, but raised in The City of Blades with a small stint in Morocco. The youngest of eleven children, he was born with a colour vision deficiency only allowing him to see things in monochrome.

Spending most of his childhood years at a boarding school on the outskirts of the capital, he is the only child to be privately educated. Possible due to his father, a retired electrician, receiving a compensatory fortune after being electrocuted while changing a light bulb in the town hall, which left his entire body hairless.

Timothy did not fit in well at school and on a regular basis; he would sneak out to the deep inner areas of The City of Blades. It was during these times that he became fascinated with the underground music scene often skipping school to hang out with friends in the area, picking up his love for hip-hop, rock and house. Subsequently, Timothy's absenteeism lead to his expulsion from school.

MusicAL Development

The drama in his life really began when he joined a summer program for gifted musicians, befriending Harry Nobody (Referenced in song Press Play) and Stefan King. Writing songs, mixing as well as producing beats together the collective called themselves the British Owls. Despite relative success with the street anthem, "Owl Howl", the group disbanded after 3 weeks stating irreconcilable differences (Stefan slept with Tim's then long-term girlfriend Carrie). Stricken with grief, he boarded a plane for Africa, to do missionary work on a plantation farm in Congo. The plane never reached its destination. To this day, no plane or other survivors can be accounted for.

Timothy on the other hand was found in an amnesiac state, wandering aimlessly on the northern borders of the Sahara by a Christian religious sect known as The Murakush (Land of God). Locals told the sect the unknown man fell from the sky, talking deliriously, in an unrecognisable language at magnificent speed. The Murakush believed it to be God's language, Glossolalia - speaking in tongues.

Taking sanctuary in their palace, The Murakush honed Timothy's ability to speak in rhythms at tremendous speed. Timothy can consciously transduce sonic vibrations to lull enemies into a trance-like state. He has the ability to bellow over a great range of frequencies regardless of the complexity, dissonance, or randomness of the sound. It is believed he can rap anywhere in the audible spectrum (35 to 16,500 cycles per second) at a rate of 1000 syllables per second. He prefers using the sound of music to sustain the rhythms required. The precise means by which this process works is unknown. They renamed him Tejipt (Timothy Exists Just Inventing Phenomenal Tunes).

His training with the Murakush was not completed. The palace burned down mysteriously, again with no other survivors. Tejipt boarded a plane for England, forced to leave Africa as the enemies of The Murakush wanted to kidnap him and use his skills for evil. It was upon his arrival to the UK that he encountered Sam Skillz.

Career

Tejipt has a solo album titled Desire to Improve coming out sometime in March 2009.
