Technology Leadership Program

The Technology Leadership Program or TLP is a two year rotation based program offered by Citigroup for recent college graduates. The TLP is loosely based on GE's Information management leadership program and Johnson and Johnson's Information Technology Leadership Development Program. Citi operates the Technology Leadership Program under the North American IT (NAIT) organization of its business.

Goals

The program is designed to attract high-potential individuals and develop their talent and abilities. This will provide Citi with pool of talent to pull from as full-time leadership positions open within the company.

College Recruitment

Citigroup currently participates actively in on-campus recruitment for the TLP at the following schools:

  • Pennsylvania State University
  • DAKOTA State University
  • Washington University
  • University of Texas
  • University of Notre Dame
  • University of Illinois
  • University of Florida
  • University of Cincinnati
  • Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
  • Purdue University

Citigroup has also participated in on-campus recruitment for the TLP at the following schools in the past:

  • Rochester Institute of Technology
  • Carnegie Mellon University
  • UC Berkeley

Rotation Sites

Citigroup currently offers rotations for its TLP members at the following seven sites:

  • Sioux Falls, South Dakota
  • Baltimore, Maryland and Hagerstown, Maryland
  • O'Fallon, Missouri (St. Louis)
  • Blue Ash, Ohio (Cincinnati)
  • Irving, Texas (Dallas)
  • Elk Grove Village, Illinois (Chicago)
  • Jacksonville, Florida
