Tarun Rai

Tarun Rai is the Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Media, a part of the Times of India group. Rai was elected as the President of the Association of Indian Magazines(AIM) in 2011 for 2 years term.

Career

Before joining Worldwide Media, Rai was the Managing Partner at JWT. Rai joined Worldwide Media as CEO in 2008. Under Rai's leadership, WWM's brand portfolio has expanded from four to 13 consumer and six B2B magazines - these include Lonely Planet, BBC Top Gear, Grazia, BBC Good Food, Hello!, Femina, and Filmfare. In addition to magazines, the company also owns and manages properties including the Filmfare Awards and Hello! Hall of Fame Awards.
