Talentica Software (Talentica Software India Pvt Ltd) is an offshore product development company headquartered in Pune, India with a sales presence in San Jose, California. Talentica helps technology companies across the globe with the research and development of their software products.
Company History
Talentica was founded in 2003 by Nitin Shimpi and Manjusha Madabushi. Both the founders are IIT-Bombay alumni. Nitin Shimpi and Manjusha Madabushi played a major role in the establishment and operations of California-based Egain Communications in India.
Global Delivery Model
Talentica works on a Build-Operate-Transfer Model. Talentica sets up a dedicated team for its clients and provides an option to transfer the team once the client is sure of its offshore success. This proves to be an effective solution for companies who want to establish a global team but are apprehensive AbOUT setting up their own subsidiary in an unfamiliar country.
