Table of Malcontents

The Table of Malcontents 1 (ToM) was a popular Wired (magazine) blog. ToM started on March 1st, 2006 with the article "I Suppose You're Wondering Why I Called You Here Today" 2, and was officially discontinued on June 30th, 2007. Formerly edited by Lore Sjöberg, it was later edited by John Brownlee and contributed to by Eliza Gauger, Lisa Katayama and Annalee Newitz. Lore Sjöberg remained as an occasional contributor.

In the latter Brownlee months, a public banner competition was held, and the selected winning entries were displayed as the ToM website's banner header on a rotating basis. Banner designs were produced by: Semper Bufo, Camillo Miller, Rob Beschizza, Chris Glenn& Ben Crum, Rich Smith, and Matt Jordan (reference: Table of Malcontents).

A theme for the Blog has been also composed by Camillo Miller . It was later arranged and used by Rob Beschizza in his Farewell Table of Malcontents video .( Linked Below )

ToM's spiritual successor, Ectoplasmosis, was launched on July 2, 2007. It is currently edited by John Brownlee and Eliza Gauger.
