Sustainable Success Alert
Sustainable Success Alert debuted in 2008 as the first online professional journal (www.sustainablesuccessalert.com) dedicated to helping organizations achieve sustainable success in the global economy.
This encompasses all around sustainability of the organization â from business continuity in a crisis to minimizing environmental impacts, reducing energy consumption, growing the business, minimizing risks and developing new clients while protecting sensitive customer data.
The publication has benefited from an internationally-renowned panel of editorial advisors to assist in identifying the most important tools for sustainable success. The panel includes two US Presidential appointees, four present and past international chairs of ISO and IAF technical committees, a former president of an internationally known accreditation body for management systems, a member of the Order of the British Empire as well as key strategists involved with defining the tools that contribute to sustainable success.
In 2009, Sustainable Success Alert published its first eBook titled: "ISO 9001:2008 Small Changes Big Opportunities" by Dr. Nigel H. Croft and reached an agreement with The McGraw-Hill Companies to distribute its professional titles. In addition, Sustainable Success Alert began offering a series of video Webinars on a range of related topics along with co-branded customizable eJournals for select clients. Throughout Latin America Sustainable Success Alert partners with INLAC, the Latin American quality organization, to deliver Spanish-language Webinars.
The publication was founded by Paul Scicchitano who spent more than 15 years writing and speaking authoritatively on international management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001, TL9000 and AS9100, which have emerged as critical business requirements of the global economy. It was Mr. Scicchitano's years of experience covering the international conformity assessment arena that exposed the need for a publication such as Sustainable Success Alert.
Mr. Scicchitano is a published author of books, software and numerous magazine and newspaper articles. He has enjoyed a successful career in all aspects of publishing, having served as president, publisher, executive editor, national correspondent and journalist at well known publishing organizations like McGraw-Hill, Times Mirror and The Philadelphia Inquirer. His articles and photographs have also appeared in The Washington Post.
