SuperGeeks
SuperGeeks is a computer repair, security, and development company based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Beginning
Founded in 1998 by James Kerr out of his apartment. Before that Kerr worked as a digital camera developer for Sony in Tokyo, Japan. The idea for SuperGeeks came to Kerr as he overheard a conversation in Circuit City between a customer and a condescending technician.
Branding
Aside from the core values of friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and quality service, SuperGeeks also employs a group of red Mini Cooper automobiles for in-home service calls. The Mini has even become part of the introduction for the SuperGeeks morning segments on KHON-TV.
Hiring Talent
Unlike many technology-based businesses, SuperGeeks does not require certifications or degrees to be hired by them. The main qualifications for employment with SuperGeeks are:

Collaboration
In addition to morning segments on KHON-TV, SuperGeeks has entered into collaboration with Hawaiian Telcom in order to provide support DSL clients around the Hawaiian islands.
