Star Born Talent (SB Talent) is a talent services and management agency founded by Sanjay Bhushan in August 2005. Based in Houston, TX, USA, the agency fuses technology, agents, managers and clients to represent and work with actors and models in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. The agency is broken up in three different divisions, most notably a management and celebrity division. Clients under Star Born Talent management and public relations include supermodels and actresses Tanisha Harper and Ilene Hamann. The agencies celebrity division caters to some of Hollywood's hottest young stars, in booking press clippings, magazine covers and editorials.

- In 2006, The Houston Chronicle ran a story on 19 year old Sanjay Bhushan (President of Star Born Talent) and named him a "Houstonian to Watch".
- Co-produced, alongside Empire Events, Devon Aoki's birthday party at the Mansion in Miami Beach, Florida. The party took place on September 8, 2006, almost a month after Devon's actual birthday of August 10th.
