Stanley Oduah

Stanley Oduah is a Nigerian business executive and technologist, best known as the co-founder and group chief operating officer of the Routelink Group, and founder of Softlander Systems.

Oduah has years of expertise in information and communications technology, providing leadership and innovation in Nigeria's telecom, fintech, and cloud industries.

Early life and education

Oduah was born in Nigeria in 1970. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in Communications Engineering Technology, from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). He earned an MBA from ESUT Business School, Enugu.

Career

Prior to co-founding Routelink Group, Oduah was group chief operating officer at Cyberspace Ltd, where he oversaw business divisions such as CyberPay, cybersecurity, 4G-LTE networks, VoIP services, VSAT earth stations, cloud services, and eCommerce software.

He consulted for Visafone Communications, playing a key role in planning the nationwide rollout of Nigeria's 3G CDMA/EVDO mobile network. Earlier, at Zenith Bank Plc as assistant general manager (Information Technology Group), Oduah led Infotech Engineering Services and advanced the bank's technology transformation.

Oduah founded Softlander Systems, an IT solutions firm. As Routelink's COO, he has directed growth into fintech, VAS, cloud, and telecom sectors in Nigeria, strongly advocating cybersecurity best practices.

Professional affiliations

Oduah is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.
