Stallion Express
Stallion Express, more commonly known as Stallion, is a Canadian e-commerce shipping and logistics company specializing in domestic, cross-border, and international shipping services. The company provides shipping solutions for online businesses looking to ship within Canada, to the United States, and worldwide.
History
2015-2017
Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Stallion was founded in 2015 by Nicasio Co III and Freightcom to strengthen its tracking and shipping capabilities.
2021-2023
Stallion focused on strengthening its core shipping services and expanding its geographic presence. The company established operational facilities in Ontario and British Columbia, followed by Quebec in 2023, to support growing demand.
It also introduced a network of Drop & Go locations through partnerships with retail stores, allowing customers additional options for parcel submission.
In 2022, Stallion was recognized with the Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award.
2024-Present
In 2024, Stallion added a facility in Alberta. That same year, the company expanded into third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment, introducing warehousing and inventory management solutions tailored for Canadian eCommerce merchants.
During the 2024 Canada Post strike, Stallion, among other shipping providers, stepped in to address the holiday demand.
The following year, the company opened a fulfillment center in Buffalo, New York, to support US-bound shipments and cross-border demand.
Services
Stallion provides a wide range of logistics and fulfillment services for Canadian e-commerce merchants, including:
Domestic Shipping
Stallion offers domestic delivery solutions across Canada through partnerships with national and regional carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UniUni, and ICS Courier. These partnerships support coast-to-coast coverage with varying levels of delivery speed and pricing flexibility.
US Shipping
For cross-border shipping to the United States, Stallion integrates with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), offering both standard and expedited delivery options. Shipments are processed through US-based facilities to support customs clearance and improve transit times.
International Shipping
Stallion enables global delivery through international logistics providers, including PostNL for European destinations and APC Postal Logistics for broader international reach. These partnerships allow Canadian merchants to access reliable last-mile delivery networks worldwide.
Fulfillment Services
As a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, Stallion offers warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment services. The company operates over 250,000 square feet of warehouse space in Ontario and has access to 2 million square feet via its 3PL partners.
In 2025, Stallion expanded its fulfillment operations in the United States, including a 100,000-square-foot facility in Buffalo, New York. This location enables Canadian sellers to store products closer to U.S. customers and improve delivery speed.
In addition, Stallion’s digital platform integrates with major e-commerce systems, allowing merchants to manage, fulfill, and track orders in a single interface.
Amazon FBA
Stallion supports Canadian Amazon sellers by facilitating package delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers in the United States. This allows sellers to manage their cross-border inventory transfers more easily.
