History

Many consultants who already worked in companies such as McKinsey & Company, Booz & Company, Accenture joined together to form an alliance and the firm was established in 2010 by their individual name and it was HKO Consulting.

In 2013, the company was renamed to Spear Alliance as a grouping of independent international consultants to establish a management consulting firm based in Europe, Middle East & Asia.
