Source Completion Therapy

Source Completion Therapy - is a straight forward, easily understood and highly successful therapeutic approach to neutralizing the ongoing and persistent effects of painful past experiences such as, but not limited to, child abuse. This therapy was developed by Robert T. Bleck, who is a veteran educator, researcher and therapist. Bleck received his Ph.D. from University of Florida in 1977. He founded the Source Completion Therapy Center located on Long Island in Plainview, NY, and serves as the center’s director. Dr. Bleck authored the book “Give Back the Pain,” in which he presents examples of how patients can and have been helped to escape their pain-filled lives by learning to recognize and modify their own actions that they have been using to keep themselves from "giving back the pain". Dr. Bleck is a former professor of counseling and psychology at Long Island University, Hofstra University and Queens College.
