[[Siraiki language|Siraiki]] is the major language of the town, although sindhi, is also spoken and understood. Persian (Dari Persian) is the language spoken by the Hazara (Mughal) tribe (of Late General Mosa Khan) which is living in Bulri Shah Karim (Near-Town) and Sarhandis, who live in village Tando Saindad, which is 1 km before from T.M. Khan city. Punjabi, Pushto are also spoken in the city area.
