History

Simplicity Car Care was established in 2017 by Paul Prochilo, Domenic Ieraci, and Domenic Prochilo. The founders developed the platform after operating their family collision repair business for over 30 years.

In late 2017, the company launched its franchise conversion platform across Canada, expanding into Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, New Brunswick, and British Columbia. In July 2025, the organization expanded internationally into the United States, operating under the brand name Clarity Car Care.
