Shri Sadguru Nityanand High School

Shri Sadguru Nityanand High-School (1964) Sanikatta is one of the high schools in Uttar Kannada district.

History

The single biggest contribution of this school is to impart quality education to innumerable local kids, most of who hailed from poor families. Many of them went on to become quite successful in their respective lives. Certainly all of them owe their newfound success to this school. It would've been a privilege to learn the subjects as varied from Kannada to Mathematics, what with teachers like V. K. Kawari , G. P. Nayak, Mukta G. Nayak, Uday Nayak, S. N. Bhat, Chodankar, Sharada Nayak, and Ganga V. Nayak at the helm.

Contributions of G. P. Nayak to the development of this school in its earlier days when he was the HEAD of the Institution is commendable. He served as the principal for a long time. He was successful to an extent in setting the school in the right path towards ProgresS.
