Sheikh Fultuli Saab

Qibla Fultuli Saab A.K.A Abdul Lateef [Abdul Lateef: One who serves a kind man]. Born in 1910, in the village of Fultul, in Syhlet located in the heart of Bangladesh. Syhlet is recognised for its Gnostic scholars, for example Shah Jalal and Shah Paran.

Education

Named after the village he was born, in Bangladesh, he was affectionately given The Title. He is a well-documented scholar in all fields of Islamic Knowledge. He is an expert in Exegesis [Tafseer], Study of Prophetic Sayings [Hadith], Theology [Ilm Kalam], Islamic Jurisprudence [Fiqh], Gnosticism [Sufism] and Principles of Jurisprudence. The sheikh is also an expert in various languages and is a poet,he also knows 22 various tajweed methods.

The great and world-renowned Qibla Fultuli Saab, is a spiritual guide in all five tariqahs, he chooses chistia tariqia [order]. He has followers from around the world such America, UK, Bangladesh, India and Pakistan.

He was born in Syhlet, where the great Shah Jalal rescued Bangladesh from the oppressive rulers with his 360 saints. Currently spends most of the year running his schools, due to high demand from his mureedin [followers] he is forced into travelling around the world. He has a large number of superb teachers: Hazrat Shah Waliyullah Muhaddis Dehlvi

Early Life

At the age 17 he was presented with a dilemma, the Hindus of Hindustan were in control, and they were attempting to take over the Islamic Teachings and introduce there own means of the Islamic knowledge. And so the oppressive leaders were insistent upon doing this, and so at a young the courageous Fultuli Saab took to the streets in protest, which resulted in him being taken to prison, where he was tortured and beaten, but still he remained stead fast on his mission.

Later Life

In recent times there has not been such a great noble man to emerge from the indo-subcontinent, his contemporaries include the likes of Zia-ul-Ummat Pir Muhammad Karam Shah, Shaykh-ul-Islam Tahir-ul-Qadri.

At the age of 97, he still maintains firm in his religious practises, and is considered a man of numerous characteristics, his followers will be found in the most remote places of the globe. He is an ACTIVE member of the society, he has produced various students, due to old age he has cut down on his journeys. Whenever his name is mentioned people instantly are inspired.

Miracles performed by The Gnostic Fultuli Saab

There was a [...] case in America, the American people were in distress as the bodies of the [...] case were nowhere to be found, and the followers of Fultuli Saab requested to the sheikh to help RESOLVE the crisis. With the power granted to him by Allah, he followed the tradition of Khalifa Umar, where he wrote on a piece of paper on which he signed, and he told the people to place the paper in the water near where the bodies went missing. Within in a matter of minutes the bodies came a float.

Other miracles include people having visions of the sheikh in their dreams, and then discovering him with out prior vision.

Projects

He has opened schools around the UK, and Bangladesh such as: Bangladesh: Madrasa Latifiah and in the UK: Dar-ul-Hadith Latifia, located in Bethnal Green. Recently on the BSKYB channel Bangla TV he conducted an appeal, which successfully collected approximately £400,000.

He has authored books in various languages like Arabic, Urdu and Bengali. Currently media is under development and will hopefully be up soon.

Followers

He has thousands of followers all over the globe. People follow him because they believe they will be able to get closer to Allah by following him. Two distinguished followers of his in the UK - Maulana Muhammad Zakariya and Qari Kawsar Ahmad - Both ex-students of Darul Hadis Latifiah who hope to move Islam forward throughout the UK. Fultuli Saab also has many other followers who have great recognition throughout the world.
