Sellbytel Group

The SELLBYTEL Group is a global outsourcing company for sales, service and support with more than 4,500 employees at 25 sites worldwide.

In Germany the company is based in Nuremberg, Furth, Erfurt, Boblingen, Düsseldorf, Munich and Berlin. The SELLBYTEL Group has international sites in Lyons, Grenoble, Ayr, Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, Prague, Warsaw, Tunis, Moscow, Bratislava, Johannesburg, Bangalore, London, Valencia, Toronto and Singapore.

History

In 1988 Michael Raum founded the SELLBYTEL Group GmbH with headquarters in Nuremberg, Germany. Since 1994, the SELLBYTEL Group has been part of BBDO Germany GmbH, which belongs to BBDO Worldwide, the third largest communication network in the world. BBDO Worldwide affiliates to the Omnicom Group, a NYSE listed holding company with shareholdings in global brand leaders of the marketing and communication area. Four years later, in 1998, Raum founded the first affiliated company in France, Lyons.

In 2000 the affiliated company HELPBYCOM European Help Desk Services GmbH was founded to expand the product portfolio in the range of help desk solutions. In 2001 SELLBYTEL Group opened a new site in Barcelona to expand its language expertise.

In 2003 SELLBYTEL Group spread its business activities and founded the affiliated company LIVINGBRANDS GmbH. Two years later the outsourcing specialist entered the market of pharma communication with its brand MEDEXPERTS. In 2010 SELLBYTEL Group continued its expansion by founding another location in Toronto to cover the entire North American market. In the same year SELLBYTEL founded a second branch in Berlin. In November 2010, the outsourcing specialist expands into Asia and sets up an office in Singapore. For the first time the SELLBYTEL Group offers its outsourcing services all over the world.

Customers

Today the SELLBYTEL Group provides sales, service and support for worldwide trusts in 25 languages e.g. Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft.
