SE-TrayMenu is a free portable application launcher for Windows which can be used as alternative to the Windows Quick Launch feature.
SE-TrayMenu lets to get quick access to applications and system commands via a customizable popup menu. Various elements such as programs, documents, folders, Internet links can be added to the Windows system tray. Shortcut keys can be assigned to any element for quick access.
