Sandy Andron

Sandy Andron is an educational consultant. He was the director of a religious education high-school program in Miami, Florida, for twenty-five years. He sits on the Editorial Review Board of the academic journal: Cultic Studies Review. Andron received the Leo J. Ryan Award in 1988.

Andron created a high-school curriculum entitled: Cultivating Cult-Evading, which was published in 1983. Dr. Paul R. Martin cited the work in his 1993 book, Cult-Proofing Your Kids. The work is also referenced by the group Jews for Judaism. Andron has given seminars throughout the globe on the topic of "Cultivating Cult-Evading". Andron's article in G/C/T entitled: "Our Gifted Teens and the Cults" was cited by Hunter's article: "Adolescent Attraction to Cults", in the journal Adolescence.

Andron gave a lecture entitled "Magic and Mind Control", at the International Cultic Studies Association June 2006 conference in Denver, Colorado.
