Saman Shad
Saman Shad was born in Karachi, Pakistan. She has lived in the Middle East, Australia and is currently based in London, UK. Saman is a playwright and novelist, represented by the literary agency David Higham Associates, whose past works are listed below.

Saman was also the selected playwright to participate in the inaugural STARTS writer's residency scheme at Soho Theatre, and has also taken part in a number of writer's festivals and readings including DNAsia at Waterman's Theatre and Sunay'ha Theatre Festival, both in London and at the Pakistan Academy of Letters, Islamabad. Saman is currently in the process of writing her latest novel.
