SaaS Labs is a California-based cloud platform that develops productivity and business process automation tools. It was founded in 2016 and has its headquarters in California and Noida.
History
Before starting SaaS Labs, Gaurav Sharma, an NIT Warangal alumnus, founded HelloSociety, which was later acquired by New York Times in 2016. He was also the co-founder of Pinpuff, later acquired by Science Inc in 2012.
SaaS Labs was founded in 2016 by Gaurav Sharma with two SaaS tools - JustCall and Helpwise. Justcall helps users to set up a cloud-based contact centre while Helpwise allows users to consolidate all communication streams in a single shared inbox.
In 2019, the company was named as the fifth fastest growing company by Deloitte in 2019.
In October 2021, the company raised $17 million as part of its Series A funding round from San Francisco-based early-stage venture capital firm Base10 Partners and Eight Roads Ventures. In January 2022, the company raised $42 million in a Series B round led by Sequoia Capital.
In January 2022, the company announced that it had acquired Poland-based CallPage and France-based Atolia that provides workspace collaboration tools.
