Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell was founded in 1978 in Orlando, Florida by attorneys E. Thom Rumberger, W.L. “Bud” Kirk, and J. Richard Caldwell. The three partners practiced primarily in product liability litigation. Thirty years later, Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell has grown to five offices and a diversified list of practice areas including labor and employment, construction, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith and commercial litigation. Offices located in Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Birmingham and Tallahassee.
