Rotator Survey
RotatorSurvey is a software platform for survey processing. The platform was developed by "Rotator Platform Software Consulting, C.A.", a software development company, based in Caracas, Venezuela. RotatorSurvey offers tools to create and model quantitative surveys with several complexities and multiple capture modes such as: PAPI, CATI, CAPI and CAWI.
History
The RotatorSurvey Suite started to be developed in June 2003 by Abraham Barrientos (current CEO of Rotator Software) since he gathered some experiences as a Software Developer and Consultant in different market research companies. The company has been sepecialized in the fields of market intelligence and data analysis for decision support, the group has grown steadily, maintaining, updating, and expanding the capacities of the software original idea. Rotator has a base of small, medium and large customers located in mainly in Latin America and Europe. Rotator is available in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Corporation
Rotator Software has 10 employees since the mids 2010 and around 10 free-lance programmers how work remotely. The company uses a Freemium business model, which is based in downloads for self-experimentation and basic use, the model allows users to evaluate the functionality of the software, as well as the creation of small surveys that can scale to meet different needs of modeling and analysis.
